Pre-removal Operation
  • Engine Room Under Cover Front A Removal (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).
  • Emission Vacuum Hose Removal (Refer to GROUP 15 - Inlet Manifold ).
  • Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Removal [Refer to GROUP 35A - Master Cylinder Assembly and Brake Booster <LHD>, <RHD>].
  • Inlet Manifold Stay Removal (Refer to GROUP 15 - Inlet Manifold ).

 Post-installation Operation
  • Inlet Manifold Stay Installation (Refer to GROUP 15 - Inlet Manifold ).
  • Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Installation [Refer to GROUP 35A - Master Cylinder Assembly and Brake Booster <LHD>, <RHD>].
  • Emission Vacuum Hose Installation (Refer to GROUP 15 - Inlet Manifold ).
  • Engine Room Under Cover Front A Installation (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).

REMOVAL SERVICE POINTS
For service points other than below, follow the same service procedures as 10 MY OUTLANDER.

<<A>> THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
Remove the throttle body assembly mounting bolts, and place the throttle body assembly at the position where it will not interfere with the disconnection of the engine oil pressure switch connector with its relevant hose attached.
