REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Put the oil return pipe gasket tab in the position shown in the illustration to install the oil return pipe gasket.

1.After making sure that the turbocharger stay is in close contact with the turbocharger and the cylinder block, temporarily tighten the turbocharger stay. 2.Tighten the bolts to the specified torque of 47 ± 11 N·m at the cylinder block side. 3.Tighten the bolts to the specified torque of 24 ± 5 N·m at the turbo charger side.

1.After making sure that the turbocharger bracket is in close contact with the turbocharger and the cylinder block, temporarily tighten the turbocharger bracket. 2.Tighten the bolts to the specified torque of 23 ± 6 N·m at the cylinder head side. 3.Tighten the nuts to the specified torque of 59 ± 5 N·m at the turbo charger side.

1.Use the eye bolts to temporarily install the oil pipe to the cylinder block and the turbo charger. note Make sure that the gasket is installed. 2.Tighten the eye bolts to the specified torque of 15 ± 2 N·m. note Do not bend and twist the oil pipe. 3.Tighten the flange bolts to the specified torque of 9.5 ± 2.5 N·m.
