Code No. P1626: Injection Quantity Compensation Value Not Coding

FUNCTION

The engine-ECU checks whether injector correction data is written to the engine-ECU.

TROUBLE JUDGMENT

Check Condition

Ignition switch is in "ON" position.

Judgment Criterion

No record of writing injector correction data

FAIL-SAFE AND BACKUP FUNCTION

The rail pressure is controlled in the range between 50 and 100 MPa.
The fuel injection amount is restricted (Output restriction).
The open angle of the accelerator pedal is restricted.
The EGR control is stopped (fully closed).
The DPF regeneration is prohibited.
The throttle valve is opened (Electrical discontinuity).
The AS&G control is prohibited.

PROBABLE CAUSE

Failed engine-ECU

DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE

STEP 1. Write the injector identification code data.

Write the injector identification code data. (Refer to GROUP 00 - Precautions Before Service - Injector Identification Code Registration Procedure <4N1> ).
After writing the injector identification code data, recheck for abnormal symptoms.

Q. Does the trouble symptom persist?

	Replace the engine-ECU.
