Code No.C1752: ACC/FCM Radar Temperature out of Range
caution
If there is any problem in the CAN bus lines, an incorrect diagnosis code may be set. Prior to this diagnosis, diagnose the CAN bus lines.
Whenever the ECU is replaced, ensure that the CAN bus lines are normal.
OPERATION
The ACC/FCM-ECU monitors temperature at the radar.
DIAGNOSIS CODE SET CONDITION
This diagnosis code is set when the abnormality below is detected:
cruise control switch "ON" or FCM switch "ON"
Control is cancelled in order to protect the ACC/FCM-ECU.
The temperature which the ACC/FCM-ECU detects at the radar is below -30°C or over 95°C.
PROBABLE CAUSES
The ACC/FCM-ECU remains protected.
Severe driving condition (e.g. driving under high load)
Malfunction of ACC/FCM-ECU
DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE
STEP 1. Check the radar temperature (high or low).
(1)Turn the ignition switch to "LOCK" (OFF) position and then wait for a while so that the radar at the ACC/FCM-ECU remains at appropriate temperature.
(2)Erase the diagnosis code.
(3)Check if the diagnosis code is set.
