roller bearing and remove the cylindrical roller bearing.

3.Remove the shaft snap ring.
|

4.Using special tool Bearing remover (MD998917), support the radial ball bearing and remove
the radial ball bearing.
|
|
5.Using special tool Bearing remover (MD998917), support the 6th drive gear and remove the
6th drive gear.
|
|
6.Using special tool Bearing remover (MD998917), support the 3rd drive gear and remove the
3rd drive gear.
7.Remove the spacer.

|
8.Using special tool Bearing remover (MD998917), support the 4th drive gear and remove the
4th drive gear.

|
1.Check the installation direction of the 4th drive gear.
|
|
2.Using special tools, install the 4th drive gear.

3.Install the spacer to input shaft.

4.Check the installation direction of the 3rd drive gear.
|

5.Using special tools, install the 3rd drive gear.

6.Check the installation direction of the 6th drive gear.
|
|
7.Using special tools, install the 6th drive gear.

10.Select a shaft snap ring that allows distance of the thrust crevice of radial ball bearing
to fall within the standard value range.
Standard value: 0 -
0.1 mm

11.Check the installation direction of the cylindrical roller bearing.

12.Using special tools, install the cylindrical roller bearing.
