COMPRESSION PRESSURE CHECK

1.Before inspection, set the vehicle to the pre-inspection condition. 2.Turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position and then connect the M.U.T.-III to the diagnosis connector. 3.Select "Engine test" of the M.U.T.-III Special Function. 4.Select No.1 "Compression substitute test" 5.Crank the engine within 5 seconds after click the OK button until open the "Test finished" dialog box (approximately 15 seconds). 6.Click the OK button on the dialog box. 7.Check the shown value is within the standard value. note The test should be repeated 3 times to get statistical based results. The value shows the deviation of engine average speed and the speed of each cylinder while crank the engine. Standard value: -6 to 6 r/min
