INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

Install seal to oil cooler.
note Fit into lugs on oil cooler.

>>B<< OIL COOLER INSTALLATION
Install oil cooler to oil filter bracket.
note Ensure clearance to adjacent components.

>>C<< OIL FILTER ELEMENT INSTALLATION
Install oil filter element to oil filter bracket.
note Observe change intervals.

>>D<< OIL FILTER BRACKET INSTALLATION
Install oil filter bracket to cylinder block.
note Ensure clearance to adjacent components.

Install oil pressure switch to oil filter bracket.

  • If sealing ring is leaking, nip open and replace.
