1.Remove the differential ring gear.

2.Place special tool Bearing remover (MD998917) in remove the tapered roller bearing #2.
|
|
3.Place special tool Bearing remover (MD998917) in the differential ring gear location,
and remove the tapered roller bearing #2.

1.Using special tool, install the tapered roller bearing #2.
- Installer cap (MD998812)
- Installer 100 (MD998813)
- Installer adapter (MD998827)
|
|
2.Using special tools, install the tapered roller bearing #2.
- Installer cap (MD998812)
- Installer 100 (MD998813)
- Installer adapter (MD998827)
|
|
3.Install the differential ring gear to the differential case sub-assembly and tighten the
bolts to the specified torque of 106 ± 6 N·m.
