COMMENTS ON TROUBLE SYMPTOM


If the pulse 2 signal from the rear power window motor (LH) cannot be received, the rear power window sub switch sets the diagnosis trouble code No. L0932.

PROBABLE CAUSES




DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE


STEP 1. Connector check: E-24 rear power window sub switch (LH) connector, E-25 rear power window motor (LH) connector


Q. Is the check result normal?

Go to Step 2.

Repair the defective connector.

STEP 2. Check of the wiring harness between the E-24 rear power window sub switch (LH) connector terminal No. 2, 3 and the E-25 rear power window motor (LH) connector terminal No. 3, 6



Q. Is the check result normal?

Go to Step 3.

Repair the wiring harness.

STEP 3. Diagnosis code recheck


Replace the rear power window motor (LH). Recheck if the diagnosis code is set.
(1)Erase the diagnosis code.
(2)Turn the ignition switch from the LOCK (OFF) position to the ON position.
(3)Check if the diagnosis code is set.

Q. Is the diagnosis code set?

Replace the rear power window sub switch (LH).

The diagnosis is complete.
