Do not replace the engine-ECU and the immobilizer-ECU simultaneously. Always replace the
ECU by ones when the multiple ECU is replaced, and then replace the next ECU after registering
the necessary IDs [Refer to GROUP 54E, Troubleshooting - Encrypted Code Registration
Criteria Table <3,200> ].
When the engine-ECU is replaced, register the injector identification code and perform
the fuel injection learning (Refer to GROUP 00 - Precautions Before Service - What
The Common Rail Engine Learns ).

REMOVAL SERVICE POINT

1.
Drill in the break off bolt a hole deep enough for the tap to stand.
2.
Remove the break off bolt with a left-hand tap.
INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

Tighten the break off bolt until its head is broken off.
